  • Managed high risk complex construction and contractual items to effective resolution, sometimes in an adversarial environment
  • Construction project status reporting, contractor performance assessments, detailing financial analysis including risk items with a recovery planning
  • Preparing, distributing and recording all construction documentation requirements
  • Cost and budgetary controls
